2016 by-election results

A by-election held February 1, 2016, to fill a single council seat that fell vacant mid-term, as certified by the City Clerk.

This was a by-election. Ward 7 became vacant during the 2014–2018 term. Only that one seat was on the ballot, so far fewer people voted than in a general election, and these vote counts cannot be compared with the ones on the general election pages.
