The motion, as the minutes record it: Moved by Deputy Mayor, R. Thomson Seconded by Councillor, B. Hamilton That staff undertake the confidential direction provided by General Committee at its meeting held on March 25, 2026, concerning a confidential presentation concerning a trade secret or scientific, technical, commercial, financial or labour relations information, supplied in confidence to the municipality or local board, which, if disclosed, could reasonably be expected to prejudice significantly the competitive position or interfere significantly with the contractual or other negotiations of a person, group of persons, or organization - City-Owned Properties. 11.2 11.2.1
